By posting contributed materials, contributors agree to grant MRD, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, perform, publish, and disseminate the contributed materials on the website and in derivative works, and warrant that the exercise of such rights does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright. If the above-mentioned is false, the Contributor shall defend, indemnify, and hold MRD harmless from any resulting claims, damages or costs (including reasonable attorney fees).
